Welcome. Mike and I are excited to bring this to market. It came from years of lived experience. Between us, we bring close to three decades across construction, maintenance, and client relations, and we both saw the same gap forming.

My background includes working with some of the most influential families globally. In those environments, my role extended far beyond coordination. I became part of how their homes functioned day to day, anticipating needs, managing complexity, and removing the constant decision making that quietly consumes time and energy.

That experience shaped everything we have created.

CASAVIA is a combination of maintenance, construction, and client care, but at its core, it evolves into something far more considered. Lifestyle. Our role is to bring all of those elements together in a way that allows the homes we manage to feel effortless to live in.

Homes are becoming larger. Expectations are higher. The pace of life continues to accelerate. What we see time and again is that the real burden is not always the scale of the home, but the invisible load that comes with running it.

I’m Mike Piercey, co-founder of CASAVIA. For the past 20 years I’ve worked in construction and project management on high-end residential homes, where the difference is always in the details: planning, preventative thinking, trusted trades, and consistent standards.

What I kept seeing was simple: the home might be exceptional, but the management behind it often isn’t. There are plenty of specialists involved, but rarely one discreet point of accountability keeping everything coordinated and maintained year-round. CASAVIA exists to be that person.

I’m also a family man, and I understand that a home isn’t just an asset, it’s where life happens. That’s why I work hands-on with a limited portfolio of private residences, combining practical building knowledge with a systems-led approach to inspections, maintenance planning, and clear reporting. Everything is managed with discretion and respect for privacy—from access and scheduling through to contractor oversight—so you can enjoy complete confidence that your home is being looked after properly, even when you’re not there.
